Brivan ADV Ads Manager (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is operated at a.brivanadv.com by Brivan ADV (Meta business portfolio 856692330092699), an advertising agency in Erbil, Iraq. Clients of the agency use the App to grant Brivan ADV partner access to their own Facebook Pages and ad accounts, so that we can create, run and report on advertising campaigns on their behalf through Meta’s official Marketing API. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is handled.
When you connect your Facebook account, the App requests only the permissions needed to manage advertising on your behalf. Through Meta’s API we may access:
We do not collect your Facebook password, private messages, friend lists, or personal contact information.
Accessed data is used solely to perform the actions you request — showing you the Pages and ad accounts you control, adding Brivan ADV as a partner on the ones you tick, and then creating, managing and reporting on advertising for those assets. We do not use your data for advertising to you, for profiling, or for any purpose unrelated to operating the tool.
The App stores, on its own server: a Meta access token for the agency account, and one record per client containing the client’s name, Facebook user ID, and the list of assets they chose to share together with the result of each grant. Your user access token is held only for the few minutes between signing in and confirming your selection, and is deleted as soon as the grants are performed. Page access tokens are used server-side only and are never sent to the browser. All of these files are stored outside the public web root or with direct HTTP access denied, and are readable only by the application. We do not operate a public user database, and we never receive your Facebook password.
We do not sell, rent, or share any accessed data with third parties. Data is exchanged only between the App and Meta’s official API endpoints to carry out your requests. The server is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, which stores the data at rest on our behalf and has no independent right to use it.
Access tokens are retained until they expire or are replaced by reconnecting. Client records are retained for as long as Brivan ADV manages advertising for that client. You can revoke the App’s access at any time from your Facebook account settings (Business Integrations), and you can remove Brivan ADV as a partner at any time in Meta Business Settings → Partners — either action takes effect immediately.
